Shipping
Yes — Aymaras offers complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement. The total displayed at checkout is the precise amount you will be charged, with no hidden fees or surcharges. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
We currently deliver exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, though we intend to expand our delivery reach in the future.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT will begin processing the following business day.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 8 business days. In total, you may expect your order to arrive within 4 to 11 business days from the date of purchase. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier circumstances beyond our control. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving this notification for tracking information to become active with the carrier.
Damaged items: Should your order arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us at support@aymaras.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photographic documentation of the damage. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the carrier directly and, in the event the package is confirmed lost, arrange a full reshipment or refund without delay.
Orders
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@aymaras.com. After this window, your order may have entered processing and cannot be canceled or amended. Should your order have already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure upon receipt.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at support@aymaras.com with your order number and a photograph of the item received. We will dispatch the correct piece without delay and cover all return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
Larger orders may occasionally be fulfilled across multiple packages for logistical reasons. If part of your order has not yet arrived, please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for the remaining shipment to be delivered. Should it not arrive within this period, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and resalable condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or returned without original packaging may be declined or subject to a partial refund. There are no restocking fees. To initiate a return, please proceed as follows:
- Contact us at support@aymaras.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel
- Return the item to our fulfillment center at 5670 Guhn Rd #200, Houston, TX 77040
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except where items arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive written confirmation. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please be aware that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
Should you not receive your refund within a reasonable period, we recommend first contacting your bank or card provider before reaching out to us at support@aymaras.com.
We do not process direct exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or piece, we ask that you return your original item through our standard returns process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible fulfillment of your new selection.

All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Payment is collected at the time of placing your order. By completing checkout, you authorize Aymaras to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout upon successful payment.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable sales tax. Any tax due will be calculated and presented at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout represents the precise amount you will be charged — there are no hidden fees of any kind.
Privacy
Aymaras handles all personal information with the utmost discretion and in full compliance with applicable privacy legislation. We collect only what is necessary to fulfill your order and deliver our services. Your information is never sold to third parties. All transactions conducted on the Aymaras website are protected by SSL/TLS encryption and processed in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. We will never request payment information via email, telephone, or any channel outside our secure checkout.
